This is what I have been up to lately and will be doing all winter long now. Great success so far. I have learned many things and am learning many things at an accelerated rate of speed. I have been in this game for a long long time now.
In my opinion what every lifter wants and needs is to look like a lifter first. I am not saying you have to look like a bodybuilder. Besides the upper body, I hate the looks of bodybuilders. Thin girl wastes and glutes (ass), and hips. <— Looks are deceiving. You are not going to get many 1000 lb squatters that have thin wastes and small glutes and hips like a bodybuilder.
Anyhow I lift completely different then anyone else and I think the results speak for themselves. I am not sure yet how I am going to work this yet. I have a lot of information to share but I will not give it away for free. I have spent thousands of dollars in time and money learning this stuff for over twenty years. I will not give my tricks away to people who will basically shit on you in return. NOT HAPPENING!
That being said I will come up with a solution soon for people who are serious about getting results and want to make the absolute best of there time with my help. Stay tuned this is only the beginning.
