Best Weight Gain Shake for Strength Power and Mass

Years and years ago when I was a little kid me and my sister use to make this. I had no idea at the time that this shake would be the best shake for size, strength, and power. Very very simple and very very effective. Ingredients:

1.) Raw Eggs

2.) Raw Milk – preferably goats milk.

3.) Bananas

That is it. Simple and effective. If anyone tells you that raw eggs or raw milk is bad for you I want you to do this:
