Big news for Big Lenny! Lenny has been officially sponsored by New World Nutritionals. They sell bulk protein at a fantastic price plus, he (New World Nutritionals) has formulated a very affective Liver Scrub & Gallbladder Rinse. Supposedly for weightlifters, bodybuilders, and powerlifters who are taking steroids in pill form. Since pills have to go through the liver. Obviously it is not just for athletes but for anyone who wants to clean their liver and gallbladder. What do you think about that DALE???!!!
Personally I do not use a straight bar for bench pressing. I use a football bar. However for everyone else this is great information for bench pressing. Also a lot better for shoulder health then the way most people bench press. Pressing dumbbells vertically is also a great way to warm up for bench pressing. Be smart and never press through a strain or soreness. Listen to your body an be smart and you will not get an injury. Put your ego away for something other then lifting.
Ryan Kennelly Squeeze Break Spread The Bar Bench Press Tips
Years and years ago when I was a little kid me and my sister use to make this. I had no idea at the time that this shake would be the best shake for size, strength, and power. Very very simple and very very effective. Ingredients:
1.) Raw Eggs
2.) Raw Milk – preferably goats milk.
That is it. Simple and effective. If anyone tells you that raw eggs or raw milk is bad for you I want you to do this:
I had no idea Benedikt ‘Benni’ Magnússon injured his bicep. You hear it all the time, lifters tearing up there biceps from deadlifts. So how do we prevent this from happening? Many great lifters say if you tense your triceps in the deadlift you will bulletproof your biceps and prevent this injury.
I believe this to be mostly true. However, there is one thing that is missing in this solution. The deadlift itself obviously puts a lot of strain directly on the bicep. Obviously. Because of this OVERTRAINING the bicep is super easy. You can have the best form on planet earth but if you are over-training you will still get injured.
Instead of tensing the tricep during the lift I have been simply avoiding overtraining the bicep with stupid curls. I do light hammer curls sometimes but that is about it. I rather use the deadlift to train my biceps with the deadlift rather then taking them out of the deadlift. In the future I may change my mind but for now this is working fantastic for me. Injury prevention is the one thing you will hear me preach about most on this website. Smart lifters are lifters that last and continue to lift heavy until the day they graduate to Valhalla!
This is what I have been up to lately and will be doing all winter long now. Great success so far. I have learned many things and am learning many things at an accelerated rate of speed. I have been in this game for a long long time now.
In my opinion what every lifter wants and needs is to look like a lifter first. I am not saying you have to look like a bodybuilder. Besides the upper body, I hate the looks of bodybuilders. Thin girl wastes and glutes (ass), and hips. <— Looks are deceiving. You are not going to get many 1000 lb squatters that have thin wastes and small glutes and hips like a bodybuilder.
Anyhow I lift completely different then anyone else and I think the results speak for themselves. I am not sure yet how I am going to work this yet. I have a lot of information to share but I will not give it away for free. I have spent thousands of dollars in time and money learning this stuff for over twenty years. I will not give my tricks away to people who will basically shit on you in return. NOT HAPPENING!
That being said I will come up with a solution soon for people who are serious about getting results and want to make the absolute best of there time with my help. Stay tuned this is only the beginning.
